Market for Hydroponically Grown Tomatoes

Hi!
Im setting up a commercial hydroponics farm and i want to start with beefstake and cherry tomatoes. But before i set up the farm, does anyone know the market for these tomatoes and they are generally more expensive than from the tomatoes grown conventionally.
