Not producing fruits trees

AOA Everyone

I've following trees with age:
Sapodela more than 6years, Guava more than 3 years and Pomegranate more than 8years, Lemon more than 2 years and date palm more than 10 years.
All of them are flerishing very well but none of them giving fruits.

What can I do? Please suggest some thing.
