Aoa Rafique sb when you harvest all the fruit.apply old caw manure with NPK 17,17,17.we generally use Engro Zarkhez 17,17,17 with traced elements specially formulated for Citrus.but that is for commercial orchard.you have few plants so use any NPK which you can get in loose form.the fruit is ripe so harvest it.the foliage is also yellow which may indicate iron requirments.
