Some information needed

some months earlier a mysterious plant started growing from nowhere which was very fascinating and now I want to know about it.... I want to know that if it produces any flower or anything???

To me it seems like castor bean plant. Its a wild plant, has red flowers. Seeds are highly poisonous. Let somebody else confirm. If it is i would advice to discard it.

Tis is Cannabis (Bang).its a weed here in South Asia.its used to produce Hashish.it has a pungent smell.it is also used in some medicines.it has very high level of THC.

Bhang plant grown as weed.Today uprooted 2 plants from my roses.You can smell the strong smell if you pluck its leaves.Not poisonous.
Used to make Hash from it.

we remove a lot of these" mysterious plants "from our lawn nowadays.These are growing madly in our area in empty plots and green belts and encroaching people's lawns.

Now I know it I used to give it's seeds to my budgies in winter. so, it might have accidentlly gone into the soil and this plant grew then...
Is it illegal??

Not illegal if not used for illegal purpose.In hilly areas they can be seen in thousands.

This is the wild form of cannabis it is an obnoxious weed here in Pakistan, hash is made from it locally here...
