Purchase ferrous sulphate from agri stores.

As advised by Tahir SB........
make a solution of 1 tbs of ferrous sulphate in 2 liters of water and water your plants every week with it.

Just to add a tiny caution for first time users of ferrous sulfate. Be careful with the solution in terms of solid crystals of iron salts and their solutions. They can cause permanent rust stains on your clothes if the solution/ solid happens to come in contact by chance.

Hammer some rusty iron nails near the base the plant which would provide iron to your plant.

Iron oxide/rust, is nearly completely unavailable for plant uptake above pH 6.0.
