Hi first of all i am a great fan and i really appreciate all of your work.

THIS IS MY FIRST THREAD SO PLEASE BE KIND TO ME

I need to know the names (urdu names) of these. Please help because i am depending on you guys.
Please suggest me where i can get them and what verities i can grow in the pots considering the environment of lahore.

1. Valerian Root
2. Kava KAva
3. Rhodiola Rosea
4. L-Theanine
5. Chamomile
6. Valerian Root

is this practically possible for herbs and veg? if so what is the expected cost as this setup has a mechanism to make its own compost.

Thanks Muhammad Arif Khan Brother. I am a geologist and these all herbs are actually relaxants and i am asking them for my father as he is facing some anxiety issues.

Valerian Root.... بالچھڑ٬ جنس سنبل

Chamomile..... بابُونہ گل بابونہ

kava kava is known as kava in urdu.

L-theanine (γ-glutamylethylamide) is a
unique amino acid present almost exclusively
in the tea plant (Camellia sinensis).

Dear Malik Sb, I think this particular species does not grow in our country as it not listed in our flora database (link below). Why don't you take a color print out and show it to couple of pansaaris? Please keep in mind that plants can be toxic, if you are trying to help your father, take advice from several people rather than the internet. Good luck.
