Salam i have this 20 year old plant which has developed this huge burrow in its stem over a few years..its growth n leaves are ok just this burrow is getting bigger..there is brown powder...no rodent or insect....advice needed thnkx

Trunk of the palm rotting. It is sure fungus disease "trunk rot".
Better to contact ur local Government Agriculture Department for their professional advices and recommendations to disease management and control.
