i am considering to have jasmine plant in my garden. please guide which jasmine is most fragrant and what is its local name because nurseryman often don't know botanical name.

Go to Flora of Pakistan Database, and search the word "Jasmine". You will see pictures and all details. We have at 5-6 jasmines with pictures and fragrance details.
