please tell me right time to sow rain lily bulbs

They look good when the pot is full of flowers, is there a limit to bulbs in a pot.

Rain lily bulbs are the toughest, they can be planted at any time day/night/month the year around.
I have tried them in various locations and combinations and have concluded they give the best display when crowded in a pot.
Some of them are very fertile, germinate good but take two yo three years to bloom .
