PAPAYA TREE NOT PRODUCING FRUIT

Assalamoalaikum
I have planted papaya tree but not producing fruit.Initially it gave fruit 3 year back but after that it didnt i have palnted new tree as well but result is same.At present I have 3 trees in a row but no fruit from them one tree has flowers

papaya Trees Life Consider just for 2 years
Forget on 3 years Old one
if its Flower than its Male

Try to Grow Solo variety I doubt Avilability at Pakistan
Try New Variety becoming very Popular at Pakistan Red lady from Taiwan
