Dear All,

I've just joined the forum formally, however, I've been an avid reader of your forum for a long time. I must say that I am impressed by the interest and knowledge of your respected members and would like to thank them for teaching me quite a few basics of gardening.

With regards to my reason for this post..

I have a papaya tree at home that has just started to fruit but I have been observing for a few days that an increasing number of its leaves are turning yellow. I did remove a few yellow leaves and it is sprouting new leaves as well but now quite a large number of older leaves as well as the upper branches/leaves are also turning yellow.

I've attached pictures as well and am hopeful that someone might give me useful tips to make my tree healthy again. Thanks a lot in advance for your help.

P.S. The tree is planted near Taxila (Rawalpindi District).

It is not a tree for Islamabad or Taxila will not survive a frost.
