Salam All Members

What wrong am i doing with this cane palm ?
Watering once a week. Drainage is good as the water comes out of the pot if watered full.
Gave a teaspoon full of Engro NPK in end of Feb this year.
The other cane palm is doing great and is being treated same.
Position of plants is in verandah, bright light but direct sun only after Asr these days.
Regards
Izhar

Thank you sir.
And which fungicide do you recommend ? Will the garlic water blend i found in the forum suffice ?
Lastly how to drench is the dreadful question ? I tried to search in the forum but found drenching advices but no method. Should i just mix the fungicide with water and pour or since its root rot type thing i can soak the bottom of pot in the mixture.
Would be grateful.
