Help needed regarding roses (Blackspot)

Assalam-o-alikum,
Yesterday I checked one of my rose plant it has few black spot on leaves. I remove leaves which have blackspot. Kindly identify from the attached images that is this plant has blackspot fungus?
P.S I pesticide and fingicide my roses yesterday evening.

Yes black spot but very mild... spray once more tomorrow...

Spary both imedacloprid and fungicide?

Only fungicide.... imidacloprid every 10-15 days...

Thanks and Jazak Allah khair for your prompt response brother. I have seven English Rose plant and one desi rose plant should I spray on all plant or this one? I separated this plant from my other plant.

Yes spray the others as well... the spores are microscopic....

Today I fungicide all of my roses plants. Hope they will be fine In Sha Allah. When will I spary next time Izhar sb?

if you dont see any new spots in 2-3 days then spray after 15 days...
