Assalam-o-alikum,
Please identify the pest on the plant from attached image and suggest how to get rid of them

It's Mealybug, you can use either spraying liquid soap water or wipe mealybugs with cotton bud dip in Isopropyl alcohol.

You can use any pesticide available... just keep in mind that you have to spray daily for three days...
