Help needed for Croton, Cordyline, Heartleaf, Wisteria, More

Okay gardeners, I need suggestions on how to help these plants to survive? Thanks in advance.

Chinese Croton:
My chinese croton has never looked good (as it keeps getting infested with bugs) but now it has lost all of its leaves and I don't know what to do to recover it.





Cordyline 'Cointreau':
What has happened to this plant? It was placed outside on my front terrace under a shade for many months and it used to get only a few hours of sun but lots of wind (as I live in D12, Islamabad). So I brought it inside to protect it from winds. It used to grow new leaves before dropping the old ones but now I don't see any new growth and it has mostly dried-out with the exception of one or two leaves.





Why is this and the above tall Cordyline (different types) so leggy, and why does this one look so unhealthy?





Heart Leaf Philodendron:
I think winds and sun ruined this one or maybe I'm not watering it right. Let me know what you guys think?





Variegated Bougainvillea:
Why doesn't this Variegated Bougainvillea flower anymore? It hasn't grown tall much because it was in a pot for many, many years.





Thai Gardenia:
I recently purchased this Gardenia and I'd like to know how to take care it. It keeps getting infested with bugs (white spots?) and I have been killing them with hands and spraying some medicine on it which Fateh Muhammad nursery gave me.





Baby Wisteria:
What I should and should not do to take care of my baby Wisteria? It keeps getting bigger every day and I'm loving it so far I hope Sir Arif can give me some suggestions as I fell in love with it after seeing his lawn photos.





Pittosporum:
How has this become two-tone?





Baby Cordylines:
These baby Cordylines have turned brown. What should I do to recover them?








What is this one called, and how to take care of it?

The ball is in my court.
Allah created specific flora for each region, man wants to change it, many plants will adapt to the alien environment other will either die or remain sick. The Gardener who keeps in mind the macro and the micro environment match with the plants he/she intend to grow is the happiest.
I do not grow roses any more.
The only advice I can give is PLANT Rs.100 PLANT, IN Rs.200 PIT.
