Best time to grow adenium seeds

Assalam-o-alikum,

I have few seeds of adenium that I collcted from my plant a month ago. I want to know what is best time to sowing them. I think spring is better. I read on web that fresh seeds have better germination rate as compared to old one.

Please advice on above.
