I got what Lahore nursery guy called Tingri Malta. It has been in the pot almost 3 months and two maltas are almost ready. I don't know how edible they'll be. I bought it because it was a dwarf and grafted variety and all citrus bloom are sooooo fragrant! If you can find dwarf varieties of fruiting trees on your Pattoki trip it might be worthwhile trying them in Lahore.

Asalam-o-alikum everybody.

Thankyou khabbab for starting this thread. Fruits in containers is something I'm really pasionate about. I posted a quarry earlier about columnar apples in pots http://www.gardeningpakistan.com/viewto ... ?f=6&t=422. The issue with fruits in pots is that although a number are suitable most of them need to be grafted on to dwarfing rootstock or they have to be genetic dwarfs. I my self have three lemon plants in 18 inch terracotta pots. These are the chinese variety. Planted two more in plastic 14 inch pots this year. I also one pomegranate in 14 inch pot I planted this year. 5 more of citrus in 18 inch pots and 3 dwarf grafted citrus in 12 inch pots.
Aykhan is spot on when he says citrus blooms are soooo fragrant. I've so far only been able to get three lemons. More hopeful this year.
With the rapid rapid rate at which our cities are changing. I believe container gardening is the only option for most of the urban dwellers. I would love to know where one could find some dwarf apples with low chill hours in pakistan.

Plant Strawberries. if possible try finding Everberries..... these are strawberries which fruit all year around..... Even if you find the normal plants just do not kill them after fruiting season, they will stay green and will fruit next year. Just wrap a shopping bag inside the plant so that fruit does not get dirty.

By using this compound, you re going to have a really big advantage over other competitors, but there are very high chances that you would simply balance out your chances taking in consideration that a lot of competitors are using this powerful and popular steroid does tamoxifen cause weight gain
