Khan sb very nice specially the Amaryllis Dynamite. Its a good addition.lets see your roses Inshallah next month.Your roses will bloom earlier than mine.keep watching for aphids which normally attack rose buds in early spring.as soon as you see them spray over them. Once rose bud open then its not effective to spray pesticides.

Good to see osmanthus flowering and meeting expectations of its heavy fragrance, so we can consider this as a perennial in lahore or not yet?
How fragrant is the african gardenia?, you are growing it for fragrance of course.

I think Osmanthus will be perennial if it gets established so can take the heat of May and June better. If you see a big plant anywhere then buy. African gardenia has same fragrance as gardenia but milder however is supposed to bloom continually with numerous blooms.

Very fragrant double narcissus. Cant remember the name.
My TBI about to bloom. Can't wait.
Beautiful gift from Khabbab, Cyrtanthus mackenni. However, it was not fragrant for me. Will wait to check it's subsequent blooms.

The Narcissus I got from the USA. It remained in the ground last year and I wasn't expecting it to bloom this year. I was certain it had rotted due to the heavy monsoon. Luckily here it is

Re: Some pre-Spring blooms.
Thanks to Khabbab, my new found interest in miniature roses.
I had a yellow Anigozanthos also but it rotted last monsoon. The yellow one is still with me and I was so happy to see it spring a bloom. This should be a plant good for xeriscaping and is somewhat unique.
This oxalis "Iron Cross" is awesome since not only are the flowers pretty but even the leaves are beautiful.
