You know I am really really pleased with the ornithogalum dubiums, the orange and the lemon custard. The arabicum is also flowering now but its white. Plus is that the arabicum is aupposed to be fragrant. Im waiting for the flower stalk to open all the way to see if there is much fragrance. All my dubiums sprouted and have done well. I'm waiting to see how they take the heat next month. So far they are doing well and it's hot already. I read the key to keeping them healthy is not to let them dry out too much and to give them full sun. I have most of mine under the tree so in they get a lot of winter and spring sun but dappled sun in the summer.

The lady I bought them from did not see why they would not bloom in zone 10. Let's see how all of them do. I only got the ones rated for zone 9-10.

The Big Purple is grafted so doing well. The others are still very small.I understood your advice about not taking buds on new bushes especially cuttiings but I couldn't help it :D The small bushes you see were cuttings and this June it'll be a year since I had them. Most of them are still small and have thin canes. However, it seems they will become their own by next year or so inshallah.
