Hibiscus from seed, it took almost one year to bloom.. 7 inch diameter big bloom:

The seed Habiscus are called hardy Habiscus as they tolerate cold better than Tropical Habiscus,they die in winter and re-sprout in spring (Lahore)All of mine have eventually died except one which I hope will re-sprout.

mine is Hibiscus rosa-sinensis and your is Hibiscus moscheutos..
