100% agreement here...but if you recall Murphy's law "If anything can go wrong, it will" so it is better to be safe than sorry esp. for children. Wikipedia mentions a reference stating that "In 1994, 112 teenagers were admitted to hospitals from ingesting Brugmansia in Florida alone". Not sure why they ingested it. I stand by my unsolicited advice to novice gardeners
