Developing a garden

I am in the process developing a garden for the last four years; it is at Thokar Naiz Baig Lahore, part of my hotel and restaurant. I want to make it the most beautiful spot in that area, for the enjoyment of customers as well as people living around.
No landscape designer is involved, my family and friends are the advisers.
While planning it I visualised; the Skeleton, the Body and the Dressing.

Skeleton is of trees of aesthetic value located for the best effect and least disadvantage.

Body comprises of Shrubs, Bushes, Perennials, Bulbs and Vines.

Dressing is of seasonal to fill in the blank and keeps changing.

I am collecting what I want, if the plants are not big enough to go in the ground, they are kept in the nursery in pots until ready.

Very nice Brig saheb. Will plan to visit after Eid inshallah. Only on site can some suggestions be given. however, I am sure you have thought and planned it well enough. It is a tough job. I too have changed my garden so many times. It's a learning process.

Few suggestions...
Sir how about introducing low height hedge to the central rectangle....
I feel structural plants can be increased ......like the Saru(i dont know the exact name)
You have the water element, how about the rockery.

It is so nice to see your gardening project. If you need bulbs and plants from USA please let me know, I can send them to you free. I am doing this because your garden is for your customers and public. When I was in Lahore in the early eighty I was growing bulbs and plants in my garden that were not available in Lahore or Pakistan.

Brig saheb the 10th picture from below, the one just above your beautiful wisteria there is a tree in the center of two bismarkia palms, behind the beaucarnia....what is this tree? I have seen it in a number of places and in a nursery also. I think it is deciduous so wondering if there is a great Spring show from this tree?

Name, Terminalia Catappa, It is ever green, no flowers, I love the look of it.

Farhan dear Hedges and rockries are lovely mistresses I cant afford. In my mind Saru is sadness. I prefer Terminalia, Fox tail palm and Straculia.

Sir, T. catappa has large leaves, it is very common in Karachi, but your tree looks like with smaller leaves... it could be a Terminalia mantaly...
