I think your roses are going good, just that it is difficult to have a rose being very beautiful and no-spray at the same time. I remove spray rose from my garden and only those remain which do not need any spray. Cherry perfait and iceberg are two examples.

The start was very good but i see some slightly burnt buds now...

Burnt buds, de shaped flowers and un happy look, I cant take it any more, let them survive on their own if they can.
What if I cant grow roses there are other plants much more rewarding.
