5th October, two tubers purchased from Pride store germinated but did not bloom other two were unearthed and were still in dormant stage. Any way I have come to know that Pride sold the common tubers as red variety. It is not the first time that they have misled customers.
Day before I un-potted a plant that had dried without blooming and found two very large V shaped tubers a few medium ones and some small one total over a dozen and strangely they were at all levels of 14 inch pot.Other plants are also maturing lets see what I find.

Today I un potted all Glorioza tubers, although the blooming was not so good this year the size of the new tubers is the biggest I ever had.

The two in fore ground and one in the centre of the large tuber are the remnants of the old tubers.

Lesson learnt,
The old tuber is replaced by the new.
Small new tubers are formed on roots.
Root system is not so elaborate so a large pot is not required.
Tubers can be stored dry at room temperature.
Tubers can be left in the ground and will sprout in time year after year.

My two cents:

This plant grows well in partial shade too...

I bought 5 tubers this year from Pride Seeds. My medium was 1/3 fine sand, 1/3 bhal and 1/3 compost. Four tubers having same colour bloomed in June and one having a distinct colour in the first week of October. As of today all the tubers were removed from the pots and stored in a box indoors. Hopefully they will be repotted again in April.
