Avoid overwatering, this is not normal,pelagroniums likes to be dried out before watering, 2nd reason could be the over fertilization.

I am fascinated with the rieger begonia.. the green house grown plants are always available in annual flower show.. so i should give them a try at least...

@Munir: temp seldom goes down here below 10, so a long period available for blooms if the plants are ready by November, baby plants available in nurseries by that time, so here i have a long period of flower blooms from nov to april, in case of self sown seeds the period is shorter , seed sowing period starts in dec and flowering starts by late march.

Your taste for bulbs is excellent. As far as I know Jubail is not a cool place at all. It is not one of the highlands in KSA where winters are much cooler. How you have been able to grow these bulbs there? Thanks for sharing.

Difficult to get the blooms of Hycinths, daffodils, muscari, iam using refrigeration technique to generate a fake winter feeling for these bulbs, still impossible to get blooms on crocus, tulips, . Presently, Glads, renunculus, anemones, hycinths, dahlias are blooming.
