How are you keeping your coleus so healthy in the heat of Saudia? I love coleus too but mine look so poor after the intense heat despite keeping them in shade. I'm considering using these as annuals.

Iam trying my best to move them indoors near a North facing window so some sunshine they get , but they started loosing colors now , it is difficult to keep them as perennial although hit is not impossible , if even one of them will survive it will be a great acheivement for myself.

Dr sb once i used to plant coleus Super rainbow at Abbottabad.the result was exent but now at Mardan & Islamabad the result is zero even i plant them in shade.is it because of the high tempratures.

There are two types of Coleus ...annual and perennial... the annual ones can be kept for more than a year also in shade... these coleus in pics are all annuals grown from seeds.. they are very difficult to keep after an year..

Its just like Geraniums, F1 Sakata very difficult to keep alive. Desi Quetta walla Geranium, you can play foot ball with it and it wont mind.
