Oriental Lilly bulbs required ?

I have been unable to find these bulbs in the local market now for 3-4 years,I live in Rawalpindi.Anybody willing to share some spare bulbs ?

If you visit lahore you'll find them at chanan din seed shop too.

If the bulbs are dry, will they grow or are they garbage?
