some plants are blooming some next year and some after 2 years plants height varies 4' -9'

Would you like to exchange with Butea? 4-9feet plants do not flower. Mine are10-15 and still not flowering.

I am an amateur gardener; I have a few plant surplus to my requirement as follows.
Hippeastrum assorted bulbs, Crenum bulbs, Dhak one year old a few,Straculia one, Erythrena Charistagali two, Thunbergia erecta 4, Pyrostigia Vanesta 2
