this bananna cultiver is not cold resistant.in winter it goes dormaint.when spring arrives it bounceback.its hight is not more than 4 feet.pears are cultivated in Mardan & Peshawar on large scale.the climate is very suitable for it.

Umar you are so lucky to have such an opportunity to grow fruits like this. Well done my friend.
Oyfili, this banana is “Musa acuminate” cultivar Dwarf Cavendish. 90% of this banana variety cultivated in Sindh province where winters are mild (above 4 oC) & short, whereas most summer days cross 40 oC. This variety when tried in colder parts of the country not showed satisfactory results.
Knows very little about Calabria, Italy. I think your winter is like ours so this variety has chance to survive your climate.

We do also have mild winters but summers are usually above 32-35. Today is 40 but it wont last much.
How is possible to propagate the banana plant?
