I,l plant Korean grass because full sun is the main problem.May be the lawn receive more sun light in the summer.I personally like the Bermuda but because of shade i,l choose the Korean.

All is looking beautiful.
I am having a confusion about the raised second bed? If the back soil bed is for permanent plants which do not require regular caring like hoeing, pruning and other such activities and front bed is purely for annulas then this would work fine. But when both of the beds will have large plant then access to the back kiari would be a little difficult?
Whats in your mind with respect to this?
