As the weather the getting warmer some of my fresh imported bulbs have shown some growth.Due to low light the pictures may be not clear.I,l post clear pictures later.

Umar Bhai moregreen is offering amaryllis bulbs, supposedly named cultivars for Rs.70 each. Are they reliable?

Farhan i dont think do. Amaryllis is one of the most expensive bulbs World wide.These days the seeds stores normally offer so called Indian Amaryllis which are not confirmed varieties.

Clivias are also showing buds.

Umar bhai how to plant clivia? soil and sun requirements? please throw some light on the topic?

Hi Rafique. First plant Clivia in shady locations. This Clivia along ten more are always in light shade.Secondly never disturb the plant. Don,t even godi the plant. Clivia hates roots disturbance.Thirdly with passage of time as the neck gets thicker the thicker tightly packed flower heads will be.

Clivia wow, please do post the updates of clivia, I love Clivia its a must to have and is in my wish list.

The bulbs I saw with them were of good size but un-known.

Umar, These imported bulbs should have been in bloom by now. When did you plant them?
Some of my old bulbs are at advance stage then yours.
