Sun flowers are looking great in field.
Bowing state indicating that they are full of fruit?
Whats ur opinion about zinia? Are you satisfied with their performance(landscaping capability ,reblooming and plants shape etc) as our summer annual?

In my opinion Zinnia is a very good plant but struggles in our climate due to fungus problems. It requires diligent care. :-)
Yes bowing state means that the seed pods are in the process of finishing. Its due to weight and prevents birds from destroying them to some extent.

Yes Zinnias are hybrids..some Chinese company.
Yarrow flower life has been exceptional. The seed pods that you can see are the one that flowered first in late April. I plucked few pods and tried to locate and separate seeds but they are so small that its a real challenge separating them. I think the entire seed pod/flower should be saved :-)

Want some dried flowers/Pods?????

Yes these Chinese Zinnias are very good & cheap also.there performance is very good at Islamabad.next year i may plant only this variety.Farhan Zinnia Dream land is doing well & have started flowering.Provide them well drained bed with light manure.Don,t sprinkle water over the foliage other wise it will cause powdery mildew which will end up all zinnia plants.pinch the very first flower bud to increase vigor & making the plant bushy.when you start pinching the first buds apply some DAP or if you don,t like DAP you can apply SSP.Don,t use liquid fertilizers which will make the foliage wet.Daily check the plants for carterpliers as its there peak time.
The chinese hybrids are very good,Dream land is also super choice but Magellan is the best in Elegan class.
