In my opinion Zinnia is a very good plant but struggles in our climate due to fungus problems. It requires diligent care.
Yes bowing state means that the seed pods are in the process of finishing. Its due to weight and prevents birds from destroying them to some extent.

so what you suggest could be done to eradicate fungus related issues ?

Good fungus free media if possible.
Watering the soil, never the foliage.
Rain water also spoils Zinnias. By spoiling i mean browning of lower leaves.

Yes Farhan you are right Fungus specially the powdery mildew is the real problem with Zinnia.Its better to plant it in early summer.The early planted seedlings give best results.Water it in evening without wetting its foliage & Zinnia will florish.Farhan one thing i don,t like about Zinnia is that the flowering time is very short.My favorite is the Magellan.

Exquisite; Appears to be the Antoine Crozy. It ought to be a medium sized Canna. Monsieur Crozy originally a rose breeder started hybridising Canna around the 1860's in France and is accredited for hybridizing the largest group of Canna cultivars known formally as the Crozy Group.

Regarding prevention of mildew occurance on Zinnia, water should not be sprayed or sprinkled over the flowers/leaves rather watering should be done by placing a hose pipe in the soil bed so that foliage/flowers don't get wet. Magellan is also my favourite Zinnia.
