Can b easily propagated through layering. For how long it flowers wit u?

I have also bought the seeds of this vine, the garden center person said to prepare the seedlings now but im in doubt :?
calico vine is a tropical-sub tropical type of plant will the seedlings survive? need some guidance :(

Just plant them if you've already bought them. Waiting a year will likely decrease their viability. You can protect the seedlings in winter with plastic. However, I know how aggressive are cuttings so you might be surprised how big it gets before true winter.

prior to sowing soak the seeds in water for atleast 12 hours, u will get 100% germination, seedlings needs winter protection.

Rubber vine is going very well, its blooming profusely, lets c wt it does in frost.
