Though claimed to be Osteospermum, but some times westerners place Dimors also into this category. In my opinion this is Dimor as also apparent from foliage, in which case as mentioned by T & M it will act only as annual.

Not following the traditional sowing times . Yes chances of failures are there but its a risk Hamad Sb is always looking to take
