Planting daylily varieties can be quite a sub-hobby in gardening like amaryllis. However, there are probably humdreds if not thousands of options in daylilies. The prices are crazy, often a daylily with higher bud count and all the other glitter to go like ruffled edges etc will be significantly cheaper than ordinary but newer hybrids.

Due to its ability to multiply quickly, to adapt in different conditions, its pest free nature etc etc ..daylily will soon become a popular plant here..
