I think so.
I ll take cuttings tomorrow,if not late already,otherwise next time.Or does it require air layering?

Munir Sahib indeed its a very nice collection complimented by a variety of fruiting plants making it a haven for wildlife. The red vine and purple vine shown together seem to be 'Clerodendrum splendens' and Garlic Vine.
Sir consider expanding and saving your Dahlia collection by taking cuttings. Islamabad compared to Lahore is more ideal for saving Dahlia tubers.

Beautiful, Sir Munir. Clerodendrum and garlic vine blooms are bit ahead of time. no sign in my case.. every flower and colour is beautiful. It appears Islamabad cold weather has not affected your garden. Thanks for sharing..
