Good going. This year it was way tougher for golds due to mites attack throughout up north.

Farhan sb we were wrong mites were not responsible for this damage. It was the green Aphids. I sprayed Oberon to kill mites but it was not solving the problem. Then i shown the plants to my farmer. He pointed out it was green aphids which is not easily visible. I sprayed Imeda Cloprid & the problem is fixed. Farhan farmer is doing good job than so called mali.I have fired my malis & one of my farmers come two days a week.He is doing the job better than the mali.Yes they don,t know the names of the flowers but they understand how to sow seeds, Weeding is in high profile, if you tell them the rquirment of the water they remember it.They even know about the F-1 & F-2 hybrids & use of fertilizers.
