Using Urea
Once my Mali used Urea for my lawn grass and it worked good.I have seen people using it for flowering plants. My Question is could we use in how much quantity we could use it? and how much should be given to a lawn with an area of 20x40.

Re: Using Urea
Once i tried urea....sprinkled some granules. Did not water.....plants burned. Chemicals are a tricky business. If you give urea by spreading granules, sprinkle lightly(less is always betters).....and MUST WATER GENEROUSLY
However i devised a better way......i dissolve two tea spoon is 10-12 liter water and then use that mixture for plants. Urea is highly soluble and works quickly. In this way it goes to soil as well as act as foilor feed. It worked wonders for me....
Urea is associated with greens, you can give it frequently(smaller amounts) to grass and other plants when they are in growing stage. It requires regular applications in intervals as urea is not retained in soil.

Re: Using Urea
Rs.40/kg here....should be similar at your place. 1 kg is quite enough as each plant would be requiring few granules in one serving.
