advice for grass

I live in bhakkar which is situated near DI Khan, here climate is very hot in summers specially jun to august, temperature raises to 50 and in winters, dec.jan and feb temperature remains 5-25 sometimes 0 too
so i need an advice for the grass that which type of grass i should plant, some of my friends advised to plant american tiffany but our local nursery persons discouraged to do so bcoz they say it is not for our climate. rather they advised to plant dhaka or china, can u advise me, can u tell me about china grass, its new type i dont know much but they it is fit here in bhakkar, it is ever green through out the year and does not much grow
kindly advise me soon bcoz i have to decide with in 2-3 days

Dear Sir, The China Grass is not a grass it is Agar, follow the advice given in other posts on the subject.
