However from last year, 3 to 4 dry patches have appeared in my lawn and i have tried various times to grow grass on that area but of no use. these are from 12 inches to 40 inches area. saaf mitti nazar ati ah or grass bilkul ur gya ha. Any suggestion?? Some one said to use gypsum as this is due to low quality of water.

Second problem is holes in zameen. it seems like termite is present in grass. i sprayed various times but of no use.

Seems like a termite or ants are the main culprits.

Have you tried drilling a series of holes into the soil and pouring the appropriate termite killer chemicals into the holes.

Secondly is the termite killer chemical an authentic product and not a cheaply made counterfeit.

Photographs may help us identify if any other factors are contributing to the demise of your grass
