Re: Canna
Khan saheb how will Cannas do in full shade? I think the foliage is beautiful enough without the flowers. In full or even partial sun they always burn leaves and become an unpleasant site.

Re: Canna
This is possibly the most beautiful & extraordinary canna i have ever seen. I believe that that it may be Canna Indica "Madiera" or Canna "Madame Crozy". The picture above bears more resemblance to Canna Madeira. It's good to have you back in the forum after a long time.
Below are some photos of Canna Madeira

Re: Canna
Name of exquisite Canna posted by Kaleem sahib is actually Antoine Crozy. I was also able to discover the name of some canna varieties which i had posted earlier whose pictures are being affixed again with their actual names. Turns out these Cannas are historical varieties introduced in the 19th century in France and Germany.

Re: Canna
There are so many beautiful varieties of Canna available. They need vey little attention but are not suited for a small garden because they multiply so fast.
