Female Kungi Palm can be pollinated by using the pollen from the cones present in male plants preferably around March/April. The following results can be obtained.

Dioon Palm in Wahid Malik Sahib's garden which appears to be a Dioon edule. There are two types of Dioon palm varieties Dioon edule and Dioon spinulosum. D. spinulosum is more commonly available compared to D. edule.
