Re: Osmanthus Fragrans
I bought mine in August last year and it bloomed on three occasions till December. This particular variety though is not deciduous but tends to shed some of its leaves. Mine is doing okay at the moment. A similar variety i sourced for Malik Sahib died probably due to either poor medium or placed in a site having more shade. This is a slow growing variety but ought to do well in Lahore.
Likewise Malik sahib brought an Osmanthus Burkwoodii variety from England which doesn't shed even a single leaf. I somehow tend to prefer that variety.

Re: Osmanthus Fragrans
It doesn't require any specific care. Mine is growing in ordinary garden soil mixed with bhall and placed in a semi shade location. 4-5 hours of morning till noon is ideal.
