Fast Growing Trees in Islamabad

You can try Fiber Wood trees for fencing, its fast growing (can reach 10-15 feet) in just over 5 months. We are using these as a natural boundary in grazing areas for our cattle.

Not sure what specie this is...however it appears similar " in characteristics" to poplar. Its a quick & cheap solution but not a durable one.
Other day we had a wind storm and i was on my way to Peshawar on the motorway. Along the way, there are similar trees planted along peach gardens. All of them....and they must be in thousands were prostrating to one direction, where the wind blew to. Some broken, An investment lost.

I got these seeds as a gift from my agrarian friend and they reach that height in just 4 months, so purposefully serving the cause (fencing), I can send the seeds to anyone interested as a gift of course

AA. Dear Brothers, i have home near rain water Nullah in Islamabad. I want to plant trees along the Nullah wall to reduce smell of waste water flowing through it too.

Can any one advise which fast growing and big tree would be suitable for such purpose in Islamabad environment?

My first preference would be to plant some fruit tree. But, I guess those are very slow growing or small in size.

I hate Poplar tree so kindly do not advise about it.

Also, if I can find find bigger size trees from any nursery in Islamabad to save some time while spending some money.

Note: Though it is rain water Nullah in E-11 sector, but people divert sewerage water too which causes smell.

How about alstonia. I heard eucylaptus is not local and it has had adverse effect by reducing the water level.
Somewhere I read that jamun, peepal are local provide shade and these should be planted. My question is related that can the above two be grown by seeds or do we have to get saplings. The same goes for Alstonia, can we get seeds or do we need saplings from nursery
