may be a bit late for winter veggies but still same for other seed propogation. weeds will only grow if you have used soil / compost. try sowing in cocopeat or other soil-less medium. water well BEFORE SOWING SEEDS. let drain and sow seeds and lightly cover with same medium and spray to moisten. kee...
