just got the latest batch of winter annuals, including Alyssum, is this a winter plant in our country or summer?should I plant the seeds now?

Salam to all, my first experiment with sweet pepper the colored variety has resulted in 12 tender saplings along with two encrouchers(Watermelon that some kids next door threw in the pot thinking it was a dust bin!! :roll: ) Now peppers have 2 true leaves each should I transplant them now or wait?me...
