I think it is Bacterial speck its an infection disease which actually comes from infected seeds, always buy healthy seeds.
Senior may tell better as am not an expert. Best of luck

Please help me to identify this plant as nursery man told me its cardamom but when i searched on net then found cardamom is something else but its not cardamom. seems nursery man duped me.
