i also need the name of this beautiful plant. and how to re plant them.

I live in Dubai and have these in the garden.
I have seen them in Pakistan and don't know the name.
If i want to re plant them how may i do that. Do they have seeds n the flowers?

I live in dubai UAE. I am very fond of gardening.
I have several Motia plants that are about 3 years old and are quite big.
How do i replant for some new ones. I need to spread them all over the garden.
