I filled hole with water and let it dry. I kept it open for three days. I mixed Gobar ki khad (rotten Cow dung ) in soil layer by layer. Is it right?

I have bought 4 Alstonia. I have dug 2 feet wide ,2 feet long and 3 feet deep hole. What should I mix in soil to grow Alstonia faster.
